Please Note the Following Policies!
1.
A payment of at least Half Down of full balance is due to send order
for printing! The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pick up!
2.
If you choose "Call me For payment" That means that it is your
responsibility to call 715 454 6336 with a credit or debit card
payment!
3. If no initial payment is received within 10 days of
placing order, the order will be canceled and you will be responsible
for paying the $75.00 Gallery Reactivation Fee.
4. Depending on your
session type you have between 3-5 days to view your images online.
Please make sure you address any questions BEFORE your gallery expires
as after that it will be too late.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of lindsey marie photography

Due to Data Space Limitations, Only Ordered Images will be kept on file
for a maximum of 3-6 months following the time of placing first order,
depending on the session type! After that images and files will be
removed from the server.
7. Prices are subject to change without
notice at the discretion of Lindsey Marie Photography. Prices are not
guaranteed if you have not made an initial down payment on your portrait
order within 10 days following order submission.
8.Please make sure
to inquire with Lindsey Marie before your gallery expiration date if
you have any questions about ordering online! We are here to help!
*Wedding Galleries are active for 12 weeks
*Portrait Galleries are available for 3 days for viewing and uploading!
a $75 re-upload fee is strictly enforced if the gallery's life is to be extended. If you are unable to order online then an appointment must be made during normal business hours of Tuesday-Friday 9-5 pm.
*No portion of any portrait order is to be delivered until final payment is made to Lindsey Marie Photography.
* Lindsey Marie Photography reserves the right to charge a $50 Custom Package Creation fee for all Portrait Orders.
*You are able to purchase your portrait order via Paypal, Visa Mastercard, Discover or by Check! Even though you are purchasing your portraits online you are still able to pay without a credit card! online use of Visa, Mastercard and Discover may be available in the future. *No Yearbook image is sent to the school for yearbook submission until an initial payment of at least half the total order is placed with lindsey marie. please make sure the studio knows your schools yearbook deadline. It is up to you to ensure that you know the yearbook guidelines and choose your image accordingly! While we submit the yearbook image for you please contact the school to make sure they have it!
*Due to data space images not selected or purchased can not be kept on file! All images selected for your package or any order are kept on file at the studio for 3-6 months following initial portrait order.
